Billing & payment notes
- PODs and lumper receipts must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery.
- Legible POD + signed rate confirmation + accessorial receipts required for invoicing.
- Payment terms: Net 30 or 3% QuickPay (as applicable).
- Payments via Check, ACH, or Wire (no Zelle). Assignment letter required for designated accounts.
